Ian TindleWith a strong background in Operations and Service Improvement, Ian has built upon that foundation to gain over 10 years experience in running Business Change and Operational Excellence programmes across the UK. Ian has led change programmes within a number of sectors, and has successfully coached hundreds of staff at all levels.
Ian’s career has taken him to work across Middle, Senior Management and Director level within business. Priding himself on his flexible and pragmatic approach to people, business and change; it is this way of working that has gained him the strong reputation that he possesses.
Dave PeartDave Peart has worked in the field of Strategy Development and Maintenance for over 35 years. His career path took him through a traditional apprenticeship progressing to Maintenance Management with Nissan Manufacturing Ltd. During his 20 years at Nissan Dave had the opportunity to work closely with many Japanese Plants and was heavily involved in introducing tools & techniques into the UK to reduce breakdown rate and continually drive improved OEE. More recently, Dave has concentrated on developing a reliability improvement process to spread Maintenance Best Practice in the Manufacturing, Chemical and Food sectors.
Roland ThompsonRoland Thompson has worked in Quality Assurance for over 35 years. His career path took him through a traditional apprenticeship progressing to Quality Management with Nissan Europe and Nissan Motor Manufacturing Ltd. During his 21 years at Nissan he worked closely with Japanese Plants and European Suppliers on Quality Improvement Activities including Warranty Reduction, Concern Management and Resolution, New Model Introduction and Supplier Quality Assurance.
